They are not difficult to make at all. You can either make one, or go to your local MO high school and find a guy with a Kippa that you like, ask him who made it for him and offer to pay her to make one for you.

Not to mention older kids, esp if they play any sports. We love them.
Everyone and anyone selling kippot has knit/crochet ones. Just google, and get ready for hundreds of designs.
