We actually had the rare opportunity to have our second son (by 2 minutes) present at his older brother's pidyon! A very special occasion.
The funny thing was that people kept saying, "Oh, how nice, two pidyons!" So we had to keep explaining that it doesn't work that way-- only one is the bechor... :-)

As far as I understand if you have twins even if they are a boy and a girl and teh boy emerges first you don't have a PIdeon Haben because you are not sure which one was conceived first!

It's the baby that comes out first. 2 of my friends had boy/girl twins and had a pidyon haben.
according tyour reasoning, boy boy twins cant have a pidyon eitehr as it's not known whicih boy is 'older' via conception, huh?

I know someone who had her twins as follows, First -boy with a natural delivery, second- was a girl, C-section. Had a brit and pidyon for her son and a kiddush for her daughter! I don't envy her delivery though!
