I need a recipe for turkey cut into cutlets for Shabbos and to put in the freezer for the weekday. Please, basic ingredients; nothing that I'll have to look up in the dictionary to see what it is. Also, I need to use whatever I have in the house because I can't go out. THANKS!!!

Next time, if you have jelly and candied nuts in the house, you can make a paste of crushed nuts and jelly and smear that around thin turkey cutlets, after dipping them in teriyaki sauce and sprinkeling with salt and black pepper. Then bake for a few minutes.

I ended up making turkey roll ups in teryaki sauce. it's equal parts of teryaki sauce, orange juice, ketchup and water. bring to a boil. roll the chicken/turkey cutlets like a jelly roll together with a slice of pestrami (I skipped this part) put a toothpick to keep in place, pour sauce over and bake for 1/2 hour or more on 400 F. yum
