bandaids . lol. when I was fitted for my first bra, the lady was like, sometimes, when its cold " " I put bandaids, and it covers me 
I was lmao to put it nicely..but hey its smart.
oh and nursing pads work

Lined bras don't make you bigger, but do provide nipple coverage.
