I had the same problem.
Just do it, and if she's not trained tell them and if they refuse so be it.
So of course look for another way in case it doesn't work (caregiver etc).

op, dont know if youve noticed, but our school system has got some issues. dont let your daughter become a victim of them. Pull her out of the nursery. explain to the principal just how much you love their program, but since DD isnt toilet trained, you have no choice but to pull out of it, and you really hope he realizes that you love the school, and hope to send for kindergarten. Try to find a home-based nursery program that would work with you more regarding toilet training. thats my opinion. good luck!

regarding kindergarten: unless a child is very delayed generally or has emotional problems, it is pretty unlikely that she wont be trained by age 4, for kindergarten. while some kids are late with toilet training, I would venture to guess that ninety eight percent of normal healthy bright children are trained by age 4. unless theres something wrong with the way youre training, like aplying to much pressure. so anyways I really wouldnt worry about that.

The thing is, that she pretty much reached all her milestones on time. She started talking very early, and is advanced at many things. I would never ever imagined that she would have troubles with toilet training. That's why I am worried that she will still be in diapers next september, when she will be 3.5.
