My nephew is going to have his Bar Mitzva in November, and I need ideas for a nice gift that will be appreciated. I always feel that a Bar Mitzva gift should be something Judiac..
Any ideas?
So far I thought of :
a leather chitas with his named gold stamped
a silver becher - if I can find one not too expensive...
any other ideas?
I cannot spend too much knowing that what ever I spend now, I'lll have to spend on my other nephews as well... I'm budgeting up to $75

can you join with another relative and get something like a nice set of chumashim?
Sefarim that he will use in the future are a great investment.

ETA: at the very bottom of the website they have a black tefillin carry bag with the handle and over the shoulder strap - that's what I meant.
If you're happy to spend a bit more but him the velvet bag inside with his initials
