Any tips on how to clean/keep clean a 13-month old who feeds his hair everything that goes into his mouth? With the first days of Pesach incorporating Shabbos as well, it will be a long haul. I know we may use warm water on Yom Tov and we can wash individual body parts with Shabbos soap, but any tips for baby hair care for these three days?
Thanks.

Just try to keep his hair away from his face. [if he hasn't yet learned to pull out bobby pins] Otherwise, warm water will make him look presentable, but better than nothing.
