Does anyone have a good (and healthy..not a lot of oil) recipe for a Pesach birthday cake? We may be making a birthday party for our daughter during Chol Hamoed. Her b-day isn't unitl the day before Lag B'Omer, but my sister-in-law and I are both due around that time and the Sunday during Pesach may be best time for a party!
