Mrs Bissli has one and maybe I can find my grandma's and post it. Just google leek patties sephardi with various spellings. Also kyeftes/keftes (or albondigas) de/di prasa with various spellings.

I just made two batches, about 60 pieces, last night. DH and kids already finished off 10 pieces. The remainders are safely tucked away in freezer (to be served for the 2nd day lunch).
