Does anyone wear 'em to bed? Is it comfortable? Do you sweat?
Are all of them the same, or are there some better than the others?
Thanks.

I wear them to bed when my feet are cold (usually only in the winter, but can be in the summer with a/c or if I'm sick). Even then I take them off in the middle of the night if I am hot...which happens a lot. Dh thinks I'm crazy for that, but his feet don't get cold like mine do.
Are you talking about wearing socks to sleep for tznius reasons? Did your Rav say you needed to?

um... no. not really.
for 'beauty' reasons! I purchased a foot creme that tells you to shmear the cream and then put on cotton socks. I wouldn't heed to their advice, but it's a rather oily cream, and don't want to mess up my bed linen.
Thanks.

I think some people wear socks to bed practically all the time, and for some people it is unheard of....and OP is from the non-sock wearing group..
Try it...if you get too hot in the middle of the night, and need to pull them off, the creme should be pretty much absorbed or on the sock.

I sometimes go to bed with socks in the winter, and have never given it a second thought. What could be a problem with it?

Ah. I've tried those. If it's like mine, your feet won't breathe, because of the cream, not because of the socks. Also, the socks will be permanently stained. I got cheap pure cotton socks, and they did the trick, although yes, it felt hot and weird, and very strange walking in them when I had to use the facilities in the night.

I do that in the winter. I slather my feet with cream and I wear socks on top. You don't need special socks for that.
