Finally after 6 crazy busy weeks, Friday night is just me and DH (yay!) so we are going super simple:

chopped liver
roast stuffed chicken (stuffed by the butcher)
roast potatoes
a few random veg

fruit for dessert if we can be bothered and I might defrost a cake from the freezer

I anticipate cooking time to take no longer than half an hour this evening and we are going out for lunch!

I cannot wait fo a quiet and minimum effort shabbat Very Happy

"Is this hechsher good?"

I read it as "Is this hechsher food?" and thought that if it has a hechsher on it, it is most likely food.

I don't know, I really love Swiss chard, and Swiss-chocolate-covered bananas, and...(sorry, I'm too tired to think of any more produce jokes)

"Is 15pounds nothing?"
No, it's roughly equivalent to $24.80 or NIS93

"Going to cleveland from b'klyn"
I read as Going to cleverland. Not that clever of me...
