We've used Mosh Kotzin several times and are very impressed. He is especially good with kids.

His number is 02-656-6659. I believe he will come to your house and even brings a professional back drop so the pictures look like they were taken in a studio. I don't know the price, but he recently took pictures for us at our Bar Mitzvah and charged 500 shekels for 2 hours worth of pictures and 30 printed pictures in an album.

I 2nd Yehudah Halevi. He came and did pics for DS#1 when he was 8 weeks old...and DS co-operated! (Still feeling guilty that I didn't have him back for DS#2...but that's another story.)

I second Moshe Katzin did my weddinmg and got really great portrait of the kids there, not all of whom were very cooperative. Most of all, he is a real mensch!

Another vote for Moshe Kutzin. I decided I wanted the protraits to be taken outside. I asked him for suggestions of places where the pictures would come out best. We ended up going to gan havradim, near the knesset. The pictures came out STUNNING. he has tons of patience, sets the kids up nicely and captures them at their best.

I know this is kind of old, but you might like Riki Kanterovitz. She's a little different than most Israeli photographers I've seen. She has a rather very clean look. Check her out here:
