I was asked to learn with a girl for her Bas Mitzva (I live in an out of town, not frum area). The girl knows how to read, goes to Hebrew school but that's about it. Any suggestions of specific sefarim? I like going by a sefer when I am learning with people, I am not good at just talking. I am imagining she needs some halacha, hashkafa, chumash etc.
Any suggestions?? Thanks!

Well, first of all, I would sit down with the young lady and her parents and ask them what they hope to gain from these lessons.
Have you tried the aish website? There might be other sites geared towards a Bat Mitzvah.
You also might want to teach her divrei Torah regarding the parshiot around her birthday....
