Any suggestions as to what to get my (3rd cousin once removed Smile seriously!) for her bas mitzva?

We live in the same town, and although I have nothing to do with the girl herself, I'm friendly with the mother. (Don't want to ask mother what to get, but rather bring over a nice gift)

Ideas needed please for something under $20, preferably under $15.
Her family is frum-not black hat.

Thank you, Thank you!

For a Lub boys Barmitzvah, gift ideas anyone?
OR what is the general amount of money to give as an aquaintance/friend?

bas mitzva - a nice album, picture frame, mirror, music cd, stationary set, hair accessories, umbrella. most of these things can be personalized.

You hit the nail on the button! I'll find some sort of acrylic holder of sorts and personalize it with her name......

Tefila- thanks.... but I don't (can't) draw people

What about a book from a book series she loves to read? Or a gift-certificate to her favorite pizza shop. If she comes from a very fancy home then I would say a book but if she appreciates little things then there are all types of things you could get.
