Does anyone have the gazpacho recipe from the Mishapacha last week? dh threw it out before I could clip it, I really want to try it. Or does anyone have any recipe for it? thanks!

I dont have mishpachas recipe, but if you want a good gezpacho recipe...

2 large tomatoes, 1 small cucumber, 1 green pepper, 1 clove garlic. Blend it all in the food processor till smooth, add lemon juice and salt. Serve chilled. Its delish.
