Im looking to buy a new pair of gym shoes/sneakers (whatever you call them) to use in the gym when I work out. I want to buy something trendy but also good to work out itn. Any suggestions???

I love my cross trainers from new balance. I find them comfortable and cute without being super expensive.

I also second New Balance.
FYI - when you're looking for workout shoes, don't think about how trendy they are, worry about how supportive they are for your feet. The right sneaker is pretty important and can keep you from developing foot and knee problems.

I get crosstrainers at Modells for around $30-$40, whatever's on sale, usually Nike. I take cardio classes and do weights, though. What do you do, you might not need crosstrainers.

look around and try on everything to see what is comfortable for your feet ... I find even within the same brands the arch support can be in different areas or the heel can be too hard - both of which are great importance in my comfortableness ...
