I trained dd about 2 weeks before shavous
A little over a week later we went away for shabbos and she refused to use the bathroom there. She knew the house but still refused. I was told its normal so I tried a pull up and she just used it as a diaper
When we came home she was fine and continued going.
Then we went away for shavous (4 days) and again refused to go there so we put on a diaper
Now since we came home she is having several accidents a day - I can go through 5-6 pairs of underwear!
What should I do?

maybe use incentives like you would to start training.
sticker charts for a prize etc. (I used chocolate chips each time dc's went and it worked)

If she knows what to do, then I would just throw away the diapers. Let her see you do it. Let her have accidents. She knows what to do to not have accidents. Act totally bored when an accident happens. "Oh you peed in your underwear? OK, go get some dry ones out of your drawer."
When the pee goes in the toilet... act very proud and make a big deal about her being a big girl and give her a treat or prize or sticker that only a big girl could get.
Be patient. Rome wasn't built in a day.
Good luck.

ditto to continue being laid back and positive. I haven't started giving extrinsic rewards for potty training yet, but ds gets heaped a load of praise. and he loves it. Also having discussions with dd about "doesn't it feel good to make on the potty? You felt full and now you feel empty." focus on the FEELINGS of potty training. The kids love it. they love talking about it.

My rule-never use pull ups-it's permission to pee in your pants.
Go back to the beginning-take her to the candy store and let her choose a candy. Then you praise her for being dry and using the toilet and give the edible when using the toilet. This time it will be faster and should go back to being toilet trained in a few days.
