I saw a nice everyday shoe for $345!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do people really pay those prices???
Do they last longer?
Does anyone know how I can search online for this shoe in an immitation company, I dont have any model #s or anything. I just know how it looks.

I wouldn't pay that price for a shoe unless I'm really rich, but I do know that I should only wear a designer shoe if I want to be able to stand on my feet at the end of the day.
If the shoe you're looking for is not a very distinct style that's sets it off from other companies, then you should be able to find very similar ones anywhere else. Just search for the style, for example, peep toe platform pumps, or whatever.

I would say never! I like to get new shoes every season so no point spending so much-even if htey do last longer.

Which shoe is it?
There are less expensive companies that make similar styles to higher end styles...check Piperlime.com. Depending on the style, you might be able to find an $80 shoe that's similar...but not necessarily exactly the same.

345 is alot, but I do find certain brands of shoes DO last longer. But if you love it, wait till it goes on sale, hopefully (unless its a plain black pump), it will, eventually.
I have spent that much on shoes, but I do believe that certain brands last longer, esp if you take good care of your shoes (soles replaced, store them nicely etc). I have had some pairs of shoes for 10 yrs, and so (if they were 345) that would be a price of 34.50 per year for them right?
I also buy lots of cheap shoes at target and sometimes H&M - when I want something different or a random color, but I know, these wont last, and dont get upset if they fall apart within a year or two!
