I posted some of these recipes in other forums but I will get you all the recipes and post them in the simcha section "what I cooked for my sons upsherin" it will take me some time so please be patient.

yes first I did the green leaves then when it was set I filled the rest of the mold up looks harder then it is.

mini cheese snacks the crust is crushed graham crackers mixed with some butter you can also use chocolate chip cookie crumbs but I didn't have any.

yes I used shipping tape and taped it all around so it stayed together

nothing to be sorry for and the cake frosting is the best choclate frosting

Please tell me you did not make the sushi! If you did, can I be your friend and come to your house for sushi? Wink

My dh and I really like sushi but it's so expensive that we really limit how often we get.

why did you need 120? that sounds like a crazy amount!

30 kids in chaider (K"H)
25 kids on the block (K"H)
15 family friends kids (K"H)
6 my own kids (K"H)

I bought plastic tumblers (cups) filled them with nosh placed it on a bag of corn pops and used packaging tape to tape it together then I went on-line found a picture of luchose (googled the word 10 commandments) printed, cut them out and taped them to the top of the cup then I bought stickers and stuck them on.
