BS"D
While giving my baby a bath last night I noticed a strange mark on her back. It's perfectly circular and looks like a burn. The next morning it was a little larger but now looked like very dry skin. I'm not sure if I should be worried or not.

I would check it out with my pediatrician to be sure.

What color is it?
It could be a “strawberry” mark which will disappear as you child grows. We had one that did.

Uh, not to alarm you, but if this is a new mark, it sounds to me like ringworm... Not serious, but it can be a pain to get rid of. Get it checked out.

Yup, that would be what I would want to get checked out too.

Turned out to be a skin rash. The small one that appered on her neck is gone, but the larger one on her back is still there. Hopefully it will go away soon. The doctor said not to worry, B'H.

My baby has the same thing, it's just patches of dry skin, I thing it's a mild case of eczema.
