just an interesting question for these people with long nails how do they get out their lenses from the eyes? it just accured to me, last week friday I didn't cut my nails do to rosh chodesh and today when I was trying to take out my lenses it just scrached my in the eye and I had a hard time to get the grip of it , so I wondered what do people with these reall long nails do

I ripped a lens like that. You gotta be careful. When my nails are long, I am ultra careful, although my eye dr. told me that the worst thing I can do for lenses is to have long nails.

you have to use the pad of your fingertip, nudge the lens downward, and roll it out of your eye.
my eye doctor taught me this back when I was 12, but I never ever took them out this way until I had tips on when I was around 20.
