At the top of every thread there's a box "New Topic." Cick on that, create a title. post your post, and you're done.

Please use a descriptive title that clues ppl in to what you're talking about, like "would you go to Mars if you could?" or "DH neglecting me, what to do?", Not "Please help" "WWYD?" "Is this normal" "So angry" etc.

Also, before you click "New Topic," make sure you are in the right forum (e.g., a parenting question in the Parenting Our Children forum, a question about how to boil water in the Recipes section).

You can also click on the Forum tab at the top of the screen to see all of the forums & subforums, then click on the one that matches your question best, then click "New Topic."
