I have this recipe that I just love it has an interesting taste.
It's not too sweet but is really good
1/2 cup mustard
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup onion soup mix
1/2 cup oil
mix together, baste and marinate overnight
bake for 4 hours turn every hour ( I've done it on the stovetop for about three hours you need to turn it more often.) store the sauce seperately.
