Thank you Tamiri! I thought for some reason it was 1:20 in the afternoon, maybe because that's when they have mincha at work....so I'm going to start making shabbos stuff that has to sit before cooking.

Thanks for the link. I did notice that it doesn't have DST for my city - is there a way to adjust it?
