can u buy lemon or lime zesto r orange ofr that matter, I once made something with lime zest and I guess it wasnt fine enough it was gross, can anyone tell me how to make zest or if and where I can buy it

You may consider organic zest, the oranges, lemons, and such are sprayed with food coloring that is illegal to use in food for its too carcinogenic and stuff, but the fda allows it for use on the peels since they are not considered food.
