individual cheese cakes
mozzarella stacks (with tomatoes)
fried or baked mozzarella sticks
spinach cheese balls

bruschetta - u toast small pieces of club bread or italian bread with butter and garlic on top, make a tomato onion salad chopped into very small pieces, put the salad on the toasted bread and serve on a platter. it is very impressive looking and it tastes soo good!
