FOUND IT!! In the first place I looked, the first KBD.
2 lb trimmed green beans
5-6 scallions, halved & ends trimmed
7-8 garlic cloves
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
3 T water
1/2 c olive oil
1 x 1 oz packet roasted garlic dry salad dressing mix
2 T Dijon mustard
3 T honey
1-2 fresh mango, peeled & diced or 1/2 lb dried mango soaked in warm water for 5 mins, cut tiny
2 handfuls sunflower seeds
2 handfuls chopped walnuts
Boil beans in salted water for 6 mins or till crisp & tender. Drain, rinse in cold water, drain.
Pulse scallions, garlic, vinegar, water, oil, dressing, mustard, & honey in processor till emulsified till smooth. Can keep in refrig 4-5 days. Remove from fridge at least 1/2 hour before using & shake very well. Pour over beans, add nuts/seeds & mango right before serving.

I actually saw that one but didn't bother to click on it. Thank you though and thank you to everyone (especially Bubby who took the time to type it out).
Bubby, how did you find it there? I checked all my KBD cookbooks and didn't see it. Typical.
Oh, and btw, has anyone ever tried the KBD recipe? Is it any good?

I don't know if you are still looking but this recipe is great. It uses dried mango, which is a little different.
Boil greenbeans until not mushy (about 6 minutes and rinse)
Add
1 avacado diced (optional)
4 - 6 scallions diced (optional)
2 large handfulls dried mango diced (add right before serving)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Dressing:
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 cup italian dressing (store bought or home made - I normally make the recipe from Spice and Spirit)

Mangos were 99 cents this week by us. And the beans were 69 cents a lb.

I made this recipe purim and I've made it before as well. Always its a huge hit. but for some reason, this time, it was barely touched. I had a drop and it seemed maybe a bit acidic. Any ideas why that would be or what I did wrong? I'm really dissapointed and not sure what happened.

Or maybe the garlic? I only used 3-4 cloves. Or s/t with the mango itself? Any ideas?
