Shabbos, my husband usually makes kiddush on wine, so I'll have a little, or will drink some champagne ...
We usually have a huge Purim seuda, and most women in the family do not drink.
I will not drink on Purim, just because I don't feel comfy and in my opinion, it doesn't seem appropriate, that women should go around drinking.
I dont think there's a/t wrong with drinking a little on shabbos. (Like I'll have half a glass)
But Purim... just seems like it's for the men, not the women.

I'd have a glass of wine, not likely two. I don't think it's untznius to drink one glass of wine.

No, I'm the one who dh gives the car keys to, the "designated driver". And someone has to take care of the kids (including the big one who was drinking), clean up. No wonder I find Purim so stressful!

No, but that's mostly because I just don't like alcohol. If I did, I doubt I would see Purim as a reason to drink any more than a glass which is normal for a meal.
