4 boneless chicken breasts diced
4 tbs soysauce
2 tbs cooking sherry
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tbs oil
2 onions diced
3 garlic cloves diced
garlic powder
black pepper
stir fry med flame till chicken browns then add
3 stalks celery - sliced at angel
2 red peppers - cut into strips
some snow cap mushrooms (if you likey)
a can of baby corn with juice
20 oz can of pineapple chunks with juice (you can sneak a spoon or 2)
1/2 cup duck sauce
2 tbs vinegar
let it cook some - then add
1 tbs cornstarch or flour to thicken gravy at end
serve over cooked white rice

I tend to overdose spices - so it's hard to give amounts ... but do NOT overdose the vinegar

sounds delicious, Do you think I can use leftover baked Chicken breasts, or does it have to be raw chicken?

I usually pre-cook the chicken simply because it's faster.

it depends on how much chicken flavour you want in the recipe - if it's pre-cooked where will the sauce get flavour ... hey that's me ...
although I did make some batter fried chicken on the side with a sauce of
1/2 cup duck sauce
tbs of soy sauce
some red sweet sauce
ginger powder
garlic powder
