my sons morah made honey cookies with his nursery class but since my son is allergic to eggs she substitued apple sauce. I made them on my own yesterday and they came out really good.
for anyone intrested here is the recipe:
2 sticks margarine
2 eggs ( or substitue 1/2 cup applesauce)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup of honey
1 tsp vannilla sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp bakin soda
there were no instructions for what temp and how long to bake them but I baked at 350 about 10 minutes depending how soft/hard you like em.
enjoy- if u try it let me know how it comes out
