I have 10 years of experience with kids who have all type of special needs, but no degree. I'm looking to change jobs now and earn some more $ with all my experience. I feel so limited without any degree (won't take it now)... Any ideas what I can do? What should I look for?

I have a degree and experience but I'm burnt out and no longer working. I wish I could give mine to you!

If you like working with young kids and you live in NYC. You could open a small home daycare and you could make really nice amount of money by accepting vouchers..

Are there any ABA para opportunities in your area? Do you enjoy working with the autistic population?
