Anyone know a high school for a girl that grew up in a semi frum house, was put in public school for a few years and now wants a Jewish high school? None of the nj mo schools accepted her. What are her options?

Frisch has a program for public school kids. AFAIK, it’s the only one. If she has kept up with Hebrew studies, she likely has more options. What are her skills like?

Didn’t keep up with Hebrew and was not frum for a bit. That’s making it harder.

What about Kushner? Not quite northern jersey but kids do commute.

That would be why she wasn’t accepted. The schools don’t cater to kids whose skills are not on level. Did she apply to frisch’s public school program? That may be a separate application process.
I don’t know any north jersey school that will take kids just for English, but it might be worth approaching the smaller ones about a special arrangement- mainstream for secular studies and arrange for a private tutor/private sessions with teachers for kodesh. Maybe Naaleh or Bruriah would be willing? Who knows until you try. If not, look into Kiruv schools. There are a bunch in Brooklyn, afaik. Not ideal in terms of travel, but the curriculum should be on point.
