Not talk. Make sure you present to her as non-scared yourself.

She is intelligent. She has perceived that her elders are nervous. They have reason to be. There is war in the world now, upheavals, elections soon, weird economy.

Try to not talk about such things where she can over hear.

She may need more cuddle time and Dad Time because she knows he is the defender.

when I was a kid, I liked to "edit" my dreams in the morning. Turn them positive or funny.
For example, if she dreams about trying to escape from a lion, imagine the lion and her running in a race together and the lion is cheerful and wearing a birthday hat.
I don't know if this helps prevent them (like will this affect future dreams) but it does provide a bit of a feeling of control.
