I feel like I should give my housekeeper a daily schedule to keep my house running smooth. Up until now she just does what she sees needs to be done. Every so often I’ll ask her to change linen and clean the fridge etc. But things get overlooked and I’d love her to get into a flow.
I have her daily for 5 hours.
Can someone help me with a sample schedule?

I have a 5 bedroom 3 story house. I have guests most weeks. My husband’s office is in my house as well with 3 employees. I have 3 little kids

Edited for clarity on the terminology.

Is she a nanny or is she a housekeeper? Nannies are there to look after the kids. With three little kids to look after, it's surprising she has time to do any housework at all. And your house is a big one. You need more cleaning, hire a housekeeper or a cleaning service and let the nanny do her job, which is to look after your kids.

You’re right she’s more of a housekeeper. She was a nanny as well but my baby just started going out to a group so now she’s mostly just doing the cleaning. Sometimes she’ll help out with the kids in the morning but it’s just about a half hour until they’re all out.

Help that's there for 5 hours a day, can either care for the kids or do housekeeping. You can't expect her to do both. And a nanny generally cares for the kids & doesn't do housekeeping.

I edited my op.
I mentioned how many kids I have just to give an idea of the laundry and mess etc not because she takes care of them. They’re all out of the house by 9 am

I give my cleaning lady tasks and how often they should be done. The exact timing of when to do what she figures out herself.

You can look online, there are several house cleaning schedules you can look at and tweak for your needs.

But re. Office, is she supposed to vacuum, change garbage, clean bathrooms while they are there? Is there a time they aren't there then tell Jer that's her time to clean office.

Re.guests, do you mean a guestroom? So she should clean on Thursday before shabbos guests?

I kind of wonder about having a full time housekeeper, is there really enough to do to fill 4 full days a week if kids are out during the day?
