I misplaced all my pessach cookbooks and recipes- if you could share favorite dish and brownies ? (We are sefardi - eat gebrucht etc) thank you!!!

Most brownie recipes are similar. Personally, I like the one from the own bowl no mixer thread. It's linked on many of the pesach threads. Sanguine's brownie recipe is similar. It is currently one of the threads that should come up in recent since it's bumped up every year lzecher nishmas Sanguine. Bas Hinda's chocolate torte is also very good.
As far as favorite dish goes, I'm pretty sure you don't want my meatball recipe, but if you do, it's just meat, sauce, spices, and sugar.
