Anyone out there can tell me how much mashed potatoes to put onto beef mixture instead of bread crumbs? And any tried and true recipe for fried meatballs including mashed potatoes?

I would use potato starch for this not mashed potato. You're looking for a binding agent to absorb some of the liquid.


I've done it before, but I don't have a recipe. I just went by texture. Sorry.
