When can I turn my 2 year old car seat facing front instead of rear?

Depends who you ask. Some people will say leave them until they're 4, others will say as long as they're 2 and you have a reason, switch them

It’s safest until 4. But after they turn 2 you can turn it around if you want to. Until they turn 2 you must rear face.

Best to wait as long as you can. Until child reaches the RF weight/height limits of the seat.
