Any recommendations of an app to help me track/limit time spend on my phone?
I want to be more present for my kids (and in general life) but my phone is a constant distraction and I'm not strong enough to switch to a flip phone /kosher phone.
I have an android so I don't have that cool ios feature that people are talking about. Can someone who understands tech explain to me how to achieve this on an android or recommend an external app to do this?

I think I’m going to go to tag and get rid of my browser 🙈
In the past I’ve also asked them to get rid of my App Store
I switched to a new phone and haven’t done it and omg the time I waste here
There’s no reason I don’t use a tablet for my browser needs
Nothing really needs to be on an immediate basis (for me)
(I keep my email and WhatsApp and Amazon etc)
