Want to make a bday cake icing.
Don’t want to buy cottonseed margarine

Any one have a recipe for me ?
Can I sub oil?

1 cup icing sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
4 tbsp oil
3-4 tbsp hot water

Mix first 3 ingrdients then add hot water until desired consistency.
