My dd almost 9 desperately wants to be trained but just can’t. She still wakes up wet. What can I do to help her?

Her body just needs to mature. It should resolve spontaneously when she hits puberty. There's also medication if you want to look on that route.

I have heard that nighttime wetting is related to constipation. Is that the case?

My ds is almost 9 too.
