Or do you just spray and wash?
A lot of the newer refrigerators are hard to know how to put back the shelves especially the drawers.
What do you do?

1 shelf at a time. Put back in immediately. Do not proceed with removing next piece if don't know how to out back this. No cleaning lady involved, risky.

Ours are pretty straightforward to remove for cleaning, so we take them out. What's tricky about yours? IME, the newer fridges have adjustable shelving, and aren't so difficult.

Take a picture how it looks before, like that you can put it back the right way.

Yes, we take out the shelves and drawers when cleaning for pesach.

The drawers are impossible to get back in

Sometimes you have to maneuver the shelf that it's attached to, or you open the door wider to allow for it.
If you can't safely remove the drawer, you probably don't have to do it. Ask your Rav. It just may be enough to spray underneath the drawers with windex or bleach to render anything found there batel.
Ask your Rav. Bhatzlocha

FYI- I found a Persian cucumber stuck in a drawer, in a place if I didn’t remove the drawer it wouldn’t be seen.
Then I would wonder what’s smelling in my fridge.

I do this with anything that I’m afraid I won’t know how to put back for ex my carriage, standing freezer etc

Taking a picture won’t help me get it back on track
I’ve been stuck for hours in the past until I finally figured it out
I can’t go through that now
Even the company repair men struggled with it recently when they had to remove drawers to do a repair

Can you post the make and model of the refrigerator. Maybe some smart imas can help you out with it.

I take out my drawers and shelves. It’s not complicated at all.

Yes, but it can be difficult. I go very slowly section by section and replace before proceeding. My Mom once tried to help me clean by removing my oven door. Unfortunately, it didn’t work like hers and it broke. The repair guy, who worked primarily in Monsey (I live somewhere else), came in and rolled his eyes. He knew exactly what we were trying to do!

There are no instructions on how to remove and put back the drawers
The instructions are about how to use the digital features.

I have a short cold rinse cycle on my dishwasher. I put in as many fridge parts and I can fit and run the cycle. I find that it cleans it very well without soap and then I just do a quick spray with Windex and dry it.
I empty the whole fridge at once because it's so much easier to clean the inside when there are no shelves.
