Manicures aren't super important to me but I definitely have left my baby with DH to take care of things or exercise, etc.
It's very important for you to get a break and it doesn't have to involve a babysitter. Your DH should be perfectly capable of taking care of his own child and no, it's never babysitting. It's his child.
It's very important for them to bond and for you to get a break and for him not to rely on you every single second.

Unless you want gel, you don't have to deal with a wait for nails to dry if you don't want to.
Dazzle Dry polish dries in 5 minutes, and lasts about 2 weeks.

Manicures are great; but nothing like a foot massage when you get a pedi. I have a crazy work schedule but do fit it in. Get a powder mani btw- it lasts two weeks beautifully.
Been doing this for years- with a baby at home- managed it when DH could be home so he babysat on kids and baby-
