Floafers sale- not what I expected

Two out of the three pairs I got from the sale were a different style with platform bottoms as opposed to the classic floafers. I’m a little annoyed, did anyone else get this?

And the last one I got I chose girl but it’s a color that is usually worn by boys.

I was actually pleasantly surprised.
My boys got royal blue and solid black and the girls got grey/yellow and purple.
Better than the patterns from last time

I got a really cute one for my son. Navy blue with a white sole that looks like platform sneakers

Ya so that’s what I go too in black. I thought the other style was sleeker and a little nicer to wear to shul. Oh well

I also got boy colors for the girls and it took forever to ship...frustrating but can't complain for 12 bucks

Got the same for my daughter. She was upset initially and said it’s for boys! I didn’t even know that style exists..

Why would you wear flowers to shul? Anyway this was for my little son so I didn't really care so much about the colors

I buy one my kids one pair of shoes for the summer (went through this in a finances thread. Their pair of shoes is floafers and they wear it for shul too).

Lots of kids wear them to shul. Probably the poster thought an adult was wearing them to shul..which prob some do too in some communities:)

I got grey/orange for one daughter - definitely looks like she's wearing boys shoes. Haven't decided if it bothers me yet, she's only three- so she doesn't care much.
My other daughter got purple with white soles, the platform style. She doesn't care for it. But they are slightly too big anyway. So we'll see...

In my community, many boys wear floafers to shul.
