I made a big pot of chicken soup and froze some soup with the carrots and still have left. Any ways to repurpose?

Carrot salad:
Italian dressing
Dill (fresh or dried)
Sliced carrots from soup
(Can eat hot or cold)

Chop up and add into chicken pot pie.
Or blend up with sauteed onion garlic salt and water and boil up for a carrot soup.
