I don't think London Broil is meant to be slow-cooked. It's meant to be broiled or grilled briefly, keeping the inside pink.

I do it for during the year and it's delicious, we all love it but I use ingredients that I don't think I'll be able to find, or use for Pesach. We don't like it pink.

Thanks. Yes I cook it whole, and shred up afterwards.
It's good in salads as well as on its own. I put in oregano, spices, a beef stock cubes and water. I think that's it as far as I remember.

None of those ingredients are chometz..why can't you just do the same recipe for pesach?

Will who sell them? Idk where you live or what stores you shop. I don't think my local stores sell them even during the year.

They'll either sell them as cubes, or as bouillon powder or consommé powder.

Doesn't telma make them?

(Actually I just googled it, the picture that comes up with the telma beef cubes has an OUP)
