It's on Let's Sing the Seder. I listen to it using YouTube Music. Heads up, for some reason it's not under the track labeled mah nishtana on YouTube music but under Boruch Hamakom. (There's a script to the CD, it's not just songs. My elementary age kids enjoy it too!)
Note: Chabad sings it in a different order. This was the only track I could find that had all 4 in my nusach.
