I need to go on a very strict diet for a health condition for 3 months. Then they will reevaluate.

Here's what I can't eat:
Processed foods
Processed meats
Carby vegetables
Fruit
Grains
Gluten
Sugar
Dairy
Chickpeas
Soy
Certain oils
Alcohol

Things to note:
I get nauseous from animal fat, but I can stomach some animal protein, maybe once a day.
I'm allergic to eggs.

Salad from 5 ingredients:
tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, carrots, sprouts (or are sprouts forbidden because they are grains?) or salad (chicoree, romaine, lettuce)

Veggie soup:
onion, carrots, zucchini (blended when cooked)

Stir fry:
chicken breast, onions, mushrooms, eggplants, or
turkey breast, broccoli, sprouts, carrots
with rice.

But allow me to ask: Is this a serious doctor or dietician?
Because there are so many fraudsters out there who will give you completely unreasonable diets that could result in the eating disorder "orthorexia".

That’s a strange and limited diet.
What is your condition?
I guess you can eat a lot of fish, veggies and maybe chicken cutlets. Also nuts

Most people wouldn’t be able to stick with this diet for longer than a week or two.
What will you do about pesach?

Sounds similar to aip - autoimmune paleo
Look up recipes for that.
Unboundwellness.com. Mickey Trescott. Have good recipes.
Lots of bone broth. Chicken soup. Other soups. You'd be surprised. It's labor and time intensive but it's possible.

Fresh vegetables, raw or cooked, but cook most of them at least a little.

Then it's steak. A smaallll piece, half the palm of your hand size, well trimmed of fat. Maybe. Ask your advisor.

And fish.

I read this:

Anti-inflammatory foods

tomatoes.
olive oil.
green leafy vegetables, such as spinach, kale, and collards.
nuts like almonds and walnuts.
fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, tuna, and sardines.
fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, cherries, and oranges.

Go easy on the nuts: you don't want kidney stones. Go easy on raw green leaves. A palm-full is very good. But not more. Kidney stones.

Ask your advisor if you can eat yogurt, possibly the low-fat kind. Can you eat agave syrup? That sweetens the yogurt. Does not cause an insulin spike.

These guys say no steak:

So it's not a diet to sort out allergies?

In this case I don't feel this is serious.

But my general rule still holds:

Make a salad from 4-5 veggies as a starter
Or a soup from 3-4 veggies

Then a stir fry (chicken plus 3-4 veggies) with rice as a main course
Or salmon (or white fish) with veggies and rice.

and a hot beverage for desert.

In my opinion, "no fruits" is not a good idea, except if there is a solid reason (allergy).
oats & joghurt & fruit for breakfast keeps you satisfied till noon and helps a good bowel transit.

In my opinion "extreme keto" is not a good idea. It's true that you can skip calory-dense carbs and replace them with veggies, but you should not be very strict about it.

For example, boiled potatoes (with peel) are the most satisfying food you can find. So why not eat them? Why not eat pumpkin?

Bulletproof coffee with almond milk and coconut oil for breakfast, along with keto muffins.

Salad with salmon or tuna, olives, avocado, nuts and or seeds for lunch

Meat or chicken with cauliflower, broccoli, winter squashes if allowed, zuchinni, mushrooms, roasted peppers, root vegetable mash, cabbage salad for supper

Take a digestive enzyme, humic fulvic and bile supports with meals. Getting nauseous from animal fat can be a sign of low stomach acid.

Seed crackers or flax crackers with kite hill cream cheese

Coconut milk yogurt

I think if you aren't overweight, it's very important to speak to a nutritionist to make sure you are going to get enough calories. Most of the above meal plans probably don't have enough.
