Hi anyone dealt with a miscarriage in london? What’s the protocol? To go to the A&E? Any Jewish organization to help out and reach out to?

I'm so sorry, OP. I went to A&E. This was a long time ago, so I don't know which organisation would help. Maybe Chana is a place to start? Sending hugs x

Yes, go to A&E and they will likely send you to the gynaecology department in the hospital. Jewish organisations such as Chana or Tahreinu can possibly support you through the miscarriage.
However, if this is your first miscarriage, most of these organisations will say that unfortunately it's one of those things that can happen and it's unlikely to happen again.
Kivisi have a care package, as do atime.
Sending you hugs.

Try calling NHS 111. They will probably book you an appointment at your nearest EPU (early pregnancy unit). Hatzlocha! Sorry for your loss.
