I would like to make rustic looking loaves of bread or large rolls for my mm. The recipes I have found online require baking in a a Dutch oven/pot which would not work for me as I need to make in bulk. Does anyone have a tried and true straightforward recipe that I can make a big batch at once?
When you make it in a loaf pan it looks store bought. You can make it felt on a cookie sheet and then it will turn into a shape more like rye bread.
This recipe is heaven!!
