Looking for ones that wash really well for shabbos. (Ideally not more than $20). Please give a recommendation if you have ones that wash well and all stains come out easily
I want to go with cloth because the paper ones add up quickly

Surprisingly, Amazon has really nice choices. You can also try HomeGoods, TJMaxx, and Marshalls. I've purchased some really nice things at all these places. I also have napkins with our family initial from Closeout Connection.
